TIME 2025, the flagship annual event by the Meetings and Incentives Department, returns this year with renewed energy and purpose—driving the future of Thailand’s business events industry through its three core pillars: Knowledge Exchange, Business Exchange, and Experience Exchange.
The Business Exchange offers an exceptional platform to showcase your products, services, innovative concepts, and high-value offerings. Format : Table-top session (Product Showcase Format)
Date : Tuesday, 17 June 2025
Time : 8.00 – 12.00 hrs.
Venue : Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River (Ballroom 2)
Approx. no. of buyers: 54 International delegates including MICE agents, corporates and media
Registration Details:
No. of Thai suppliers : 30 companies (2 participants/company)
- Min. of 10 seats are reserved for hotels from Bangkok and its metropolitan area
- Min. of 10 seats are reserved for hotels from other destinations (except Phetchaburi and Prachuap Khiri Khan)
- Min. of 10 seats are reserved for DMCs, event organizers, venues, and attractions
Registration fee : THB 5,000 VAT included / company
Registration period : 10.00 hrs. on Thursday, 15 May 2025 – 18.00 hrs. on Friday, 16 May 2025
Eligibility :
- All types of businesses on a first-come, first-served basis
- TMVS is preferred
*TCEB is organizing another TIME 2025 Business Exchange session in Hua Hin with the same group of buyers and media attending. We strongly encourage Phetchaburi and Prachuap Khiri Khan – based suppliers to attend the session in Hua-Hin to maximize opportunities. The registration will be opened later by local associations.
Important notes
- The table-top session will be in a showcase format, providing maximum opportunity for exhibitors to present and highlight their product offerings.
- Seats are reserved exclusively for promoting MICE products and services in Thailand. Promoting other destinations is not permitted.
- If there are more applicants than limited seats, TCEB reserves the right to limit one seat per each hotel brand.
- Confirmed applicants are required to attend seller briefings, if any, as scheduled.
- TCEB reserves the right to collect and share your personal data for the purpose of organizing this event.
- All applicants must complete the consent form, allowing TCEB to use applicants’ personal data in organizing the event. The consent form can be submitted after the registration form, but no later than the application deadline. Your registration for the event will only be accepted once the consent form is completed and submitted.
- Once your participation is confirmed, please attend the event as scheduled. Failing to do so will affect your application to attend TCEB’s future events.
