The Tourism Authority of Thailand Sydney Office (TAT Sydney) have developed the website www.amazingthailand.com.au
to provide Thai hotels and tours an opportunity to promote and sell their packages to Australian and New Zealand travellers completely free of charge.
As many of you know the deals you have advertised are due to expire during September and October, as such if you would like to be continued to be advertised on our website we require you to renew this deal. Which you can do below in the google doc;

I would also like to clarify about the payment methods. If a customer is interested in your deal, they will click the ‘Check Availability’ button on the deal page. They will then submit an enquiry to the email you have provided us.
It is then your responsibility to respond. There will be no transaction through the website; the payment method will be decided by you and will be informed to the customer by you.
Here is the disclaimer in regards to the pricing:
‘Conditions apply: All prices are quoted in AUD including all taxes and service charges. Hotel rates are quoted per package, unless otherwise stated. Prices are from and subjected to availability, and are not guaranteed until the booking is completed and confirmed by the hotels and tour operators. The currency converter is for information purposes only and should not be relied upon as accurate and real time; actual rates may vary. The hotels and tour operators reserve the right to adjust the Prices based on currency fluctuation. Please make sure you upload the photos

TAT Sydney will start an ongoing online promotional campaign for the website this October. We have put in a lot time, effort, and financial investment into this project therefore we would like to kindly ask you to strictly follow these terms:
| 1. | The deal forwarded to us must be exclusive, not existing anywhere else, not even on your own website, so that our website has a unique selling point. Also, deals must be flexible to the demands of the customers. |
| 2. | The appointed contact person(s) must response to customer enquiries within 24 hours as delayed responses will severely impact the success of the website. |
| 3. | TAT Sydney reserves the right to remove deals that do not follow these terms. |
