Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) is pleased to inform you of our participation in IT&CMA and CTW Asia-Pacific 2026, taking place on 22–24 September 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand, and would like to invite you to join the Thailand Booth as part of Team Thailand.
IT&CMA is Asia-Pacific’s leading MICE and corporate travel event, connecting global buyers, exhibitors, and industry professionals on one platform. Participation offers opportunities to meet over 400 qualified international buyers, build business partnerships, and expand into global MICE markets through pre-scheduled business appointments (PSAs), networking sessions, and industry insights.

Registration Fee:
- Full table (maximum 2 persons): THB 65,000 net per organisation, inclusive of VAT and up to 24 pre-scheduled business appointments (PSAs) with international buyers.

Participants are required to register through BizConnect, TCEB’s official registration and business matching platform.

📌 Sustainability Requirement
Sustainability is a key eligibility and evaluation criterion. Applicants must submit supporting documentation demonstrating their organisation’s sustainability commitment. Priority consideration will be given to organisations with clear and measurable sustainability initiatives aligned with internationally recognised standards, including ESG principles and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), supporting TCEB’s mission to advance responsible and sustainable growth in Thailand’s MICE industry.

Important Notes
- Seats are limited as announced and strictly treated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If there are more applicants than available seats, TCEB reserves the right to limit one table per hotel brand.
- We reserve seats exclusively for promoting MICE products and services in Thailand. Promoting other destinations is not permitted.
- Applicants must submit complete sustainability documentation as required for their respective business category, demonstrating sustainability initiatives aligned with internationally recognised standards, including ESG principles and the UN SDGs.
- All applicants must complete the consent form, allowing TCEB to use applicants’ personal data in organizing the event. The consent form can be submitted after the registration form, but no later than the application deadline. Your registration for the event will only be accepted once the consent form is completed and submitted.
